I have been in the banking industry since 2000 and a mortgage loan officer since 2004. I have made excellent customer service, communication and dedication to my customers the backbone of my business. I am a firm believer in educating my customers, not only before and during the loan process, but afterward as well as I believe in the “customer for life” philosophy.
