I have been a loan officer in the greater Green Bay area since 1998. I have always prided myself on providing my clients with great customer service and options on loan programs to select from. I worked at two other mortgage companies before starting Mortgage Headquarters Inc. (MHI) in 2003. I saw room for improvement at the other companies and I knew we could do better! We have developed a specific process for all of us at MHI to follow, to ensure consistent, above average experiences for our clients. My personal belief has always been that a bigger company is not a better company, a better company is a better company!
